Unrepresented United Nations (UUN) calls for respectful dialogue to get out of the crisis in Venezuela

Maduro VenezuelaThe Unrepresented United Nations (UUN) strongly rejected any attempt to invade Venezuela and asked the democratically elected government, to preside over Nicolás Maduro and the Venezuelan opposition to use dialogue as the only mechanism for finding solutions to put an end to the crisis in which the South American nation is involved.

The Unrepresented United Nations (UUN) Secretary-General, Giovanni Caporaso Gottlieb, has called on countries that are interfering with Venezuela's internal affairs to respect the self-determination of the Venezuelan people and to interrupt the interventionist campaigns and threats against the government of Venezuela. Venezuela and the false news from social networks, which clearly aim to destabilize the country, with the risk of a civil war.

The Unrepresented United Nations Organization has observed with concern the continuing threats posed by the US President, Donald Trump about a possible armed intervention against Venezuela, as well as the constant requests to Venezuelan armed forces to break the constitutional order and organize a coup d'état and place Guaidó as the head of the government. In the past, the United States has used similar tactics against elected governments in Guatemala, Chile, Nicaragua, El Salvador and Honduras, only to mention Latin American countries, with disastrous results for the stability of these Nations.

UUN recognizes Nicolás Maduro Moros as a unique/sole and legitimate president of Venezuela and considers that the self-proclamation of Juan Guaidó as an "Acting president" does not help to solve the problems.
